Okay so to speak, but if you have the patience to look at the pictures in this post and, at same time, you're a veteran of the brewing trade fair in Rimini, you will find eerie similarities to what was once the fair of all fairs, the event birroso most important and most anticipated of the year. At least until it has decided to lower the flag and call themselves "beer selection." Ignoring, hell, my much brighter alternative definition, that connotation would have at least maintained a "star" at all. However, the 'Artigiano in Fiera is, when I attend the fair as "monstrous" I've ever seen. Agreed Entry is free, we are almost in agreement at Christmas and always agree, we eat and drink (for a fee though), and is there any last-minute gift can think of. The result, however, is summed up in this picture: a scene almost "ocean" that even at the Salone del Gusto in Turin ...

Indeed, since we have year after year, the Craftsman has more similarities with the show. Want to buy the real mullet roe? No problem in the stands Sardinians. The n'duja? Reach the Hall of Calabria. Butter cookies made in Normandy? There are, there are. The same goes for meats from all over the place and lots of other good things to fill ten pamphlets. Ah, well, missing often, but not always, the term "Presidio" but the atmosphere there is a whole food hall.
