job as interim dates back some five years, changing as many as five jobs and three different agencies.
I am very sure of my ability and I adapt easily to any type of work, I would sincerely Interim Agreement on the life, if things work here in Italy one day in a decent way, from my experience the problem is not so much the temporary agency who eat in our sweat, if we look back, have legalized bribery that some of us have and still continue to pay others to work, or the companies for which we are just machines for rent, sorry I was talking about flexibility, but the big problem is our co-workers indefinitely, people like us, with their children to our own conditions, arriving the morning work just to humiliate us, to do their job also to temporary and complain about us with the department head.
The real problem is ourselves that we are not united, we do not fight for our fellow workers, but we are only able to cry on, if we are not willing to sacrifice the first for others, we can not expect someone to sacrifice for us.
Open your eyes, your colleague is not an agency you like to be sacrificed for the hope of a contract for an increase but only one like you and be helped.
are only temporary and then people do not trash!
